Through our certification program, we want to facilitate and support farmers globally on their path to a more sustainable agricultural production. As part of our digitalisation efforts, we want to embrace the power of data and take the quality of our certification process to the highest level. Zooming in on the Group Member Registry, a shared excel sheet where farmers upload all the data necessary for their certification audits, we detected an urgent need for optimization. We want the excel sheet to be as user-friendly and efficient as possible for both certified farmers and our teams.
