We are looking to upgrade the way in which we distribute our monthly survey and optimize the internal communication of the results. In this way, we can more easily share our monthly survey with our customers and obtain a clearer overview of the results to further our analysis.
Customer satisfaction is the key to success for many companies. In order to understand the customer and gain a clear picture of the experiences they had with the product, there needs to be some form of coherent communication. This can be done by sending out surveys to customers in order to determine their level of satisfaction.
We want you to transfer our current monthly customer survey from MonkeySurvey to an MS survey tool. Then with the incoming data, we want you to create a dashboard in PowerBI so that, with the click of a button, a clear and visual overview is created.
