Innovations are vital to any company. They drive improvements, positive changes, business continuity and enable the development of new products and services. We want to boost innovation and product development to thrive. What is the best innovation management process? How can we ensure our innovation pipeline is strategically organized and full of great ideas? And what are the steps to be taken from the ideation to the implementation of an innovation?
We ask you to build on what we currently have and to make sure that it fits to the two scenarios from an ideation to implementation.
