As a one time exercise, we want to have a concrete technical understanding of our competitors' heat pump offer in the Netherlands. This should allow us to understand whether we are technically-speaking positioning our own product correctly.
In order to know where you are, you need to look at your surroundings. This allows you to make the correct steps forward. The same happens when you want to gain market share in a new and complex market like the one of Heat Pumps.
We ask you to conduct a technical analysis of our Dutch competitors in the Netherlands for heat pumps (a list will be provided) in order to update our database. We will provide you with a file containing data from our previous technical analysis. You should update this technical data and add the technical data of newly released products since then.
