Training dashboard
We ask you to create a dashboard in Excel, centralising all the information about the training of our employees. Your dashboard should link all the data, allowing us to see various training statuses from a few clicks.
The power of data is incredible. But to unlock its power, data should be collected, analysed and interpreted. Once that is done, the information collected should be displayed in a way that is understandable to all stakeholders, enabling them to take the right actions. A common way to make all of this happen in a centralized way is through dashboarding. It enables data to be automatically interpreted in the right way. we are dedicated to provide all our employees with the right set of skills to thrive in their role. To ensure we provide each of our colleague with the right trainings at the right time, we need to have an Excel dashboard, centralizing all training related data. It would provide us with a clear overview of the training status of employees, to follow-up on backlogs, to anticipate on upcoming training needs and to measure our overall training performance.
