What is this assignment about?
Due to Covid-19 we see that a lot of our employees have not been necessary in the hotels and other accommodations anymore. This means that these (fully employed) people have been staying home for a long while now. Besides the fact that this is demotivating for the employees themselves, it also costs us a lot of money.
The Deliverable
Provide us with a very concrete plan on how we can create opportunities for our employees in order to keep on working, while covering all costs we currently have. It is important to acknowledge that we do support retraining, as long as it eventually will be covering all our costs. Besides we want to implement your solution as soon as possible.
